25. Electrical installations
Concealed circuits and all other installations, in compliance with the Electricity Authority of Cyprus (EAC) regulations, will comprise of circuits for light fixtures and power points for kitchen appliances, TV, telephone, heating-cooling systems, solar heater and other power points.

26. Plumbing
Pipe in pipe for hot and cold water, Chrome taps, water mixers and other fixtures are included.

27. Fresh water supply
From local authority's mains in conjunction with a storage tank of one ton capacity.

28. Hot water supply
Dual system of electrical solar heater.

29. Heating-cooling
Provision for split unit heating-cooling systems (wall mounted) in the living room, dining room and bedrooms.

30. Provision for individual electrical meters for all units, as approved by EAC.

31. Provision for individual water meter for all units housed in proper encasing as per building license regulations.
